My dear friend Terri is a recruiter at Havas. She's been in this business for decades. She also has Alport's Syndrome, a genetic disease that killed her father in his 30s. Terri was in desperate need of a kidney transplant and time was running out. So I pulled together a few friends from across the industry – senior level folks from different agencies, networks, and holding companies – to create a social campaign to spread the word.
